It all started when...

My wife and I decided to purchase our first home in 2011. We were not expecting to encounter so many issues with our home.  It was a huge learning experience as we did our best to improve our humble abode and call it our home. After an extensive renovation, addition and remodel  I have gained experience as a general contractor, construction project manager, learned about energy efficiency and green building. In addition to these hands on experiences I have working knowledge of HVAC Systems,  Plumbing and Electrical . I have graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Environmental and Business Economics and possess 10 + years in energy industry. My focus is to answer and address all of my clients questions and concerns by providing a thorough, honest and concise inspection for both their existing or future residential and commercial properties.
