I provide a detailed and comprehensive report usually within 24 hours of completed inspection unless there are open questions or concerns that require further investigation.

Exterior Inspections 

The exterior inspection details the overall condition of the exterior of building, describes it components and materials used. The exterior inspection includes but is not limited to the following:  the foundation, fascias, surface drainage, vegetation, grading, walkways, porches, decks, patio, balconies, roof, roof penetrations, stoops, gutters, eves, siding, windows and garage, all doors and windows. Describes the methods used to inspect where applicable, details deficiencies, identifies areas of concern, call outs immediate repair / replace conditions. 

Interior Inspections

The interior inspection details the overall condition of the interior of the building, describes components and materials used. The interior inspection includes but is not limited to the following: walls, ceilings, floors, steps, railings, stairways, kitchen finishes and cabinetry, doors, windows, garage doors / operators, insulation and ventilation, fire place system components, vent systems, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures and systems, heating and cooling systems. Describes the methods used to inspect where applicable, details deficiencies, identifies areas of concern, calls out immediate repair / replace conditions.

Radon Testing 

Radon is a natural gas that comes from the ground. Radon is colorless, odorless and tasteless and can not be determined through a visual inspection. Elevated levels of radon gas have been proven to be hazardous to your health. Because it comes from the ground we usually find it trapped in the basement of a home. A laboratory test must be performed to determine its presence.

Radon testing is performed according to NJDEP and AARST Standards and Policies. I am certified Radon Technician in the State of NJ. I work with major laboratories in the State that deliver accurate, reliable and fast results.
